By using Lumipath, you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable.

What Lumipath is

Lumipath is a personal-reflection tool. It blends Vedic and Western astrology, numerology, and an AI companion that holds context. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified human professional.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
• You must be 16 or older to create an account.
• One person, one account. Don't share access.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service — spam, attempted exploits, or excessive load that affects other users.

Free tier

Free includes a daily reading, your birth chart (Vedic + Western), 5 Lumi messages per day, and 3 meditation plays per week. These limits exist to keep the free tier sustainable. We may change them with notice.

Paid plans

• Plus and Pro are recurring subscriptions, billed monthly or annually depending on what you chose at checkout.
• Prices are shown in your region's currency (INR for India, AUD for Australia, USD for everywhere else).
• You can cancel anytime from your settings. Cancellation takes effect at period end.

AI output

Lumi's responses are generated by large language models with prompts and tools built by us. The output is for reflection, not authoritative advice. We make no guarantee of accuracy, and you should use your own judgement before acting on anything Lumi says.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Lumipath to harass or harm anyone.
• Don't attempt to extract our system prompts or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't scrape or resell access.
• Don't use Lumi to generate content that violates law.

Intellectual property

Lumipath and its content are ours. The reading and chart we generate for you are yours to use for personal reflection — share screenshots if you like — but you can't resell or relicense them.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Disclaimer

Lumipath is provided “as is” without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

For users in India, these terms are governed by the laws of India. For all other users, these terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the respective jurisdiction.

Changes

Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
