Refund Policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel a Plus or Pro subscription anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.

7-day money-back on first subscription

If this is your first paid subscription to Lumipath and you decide within 7 days of payment that it isn't for you, email us and we'll refund the full charge. No questions, no friction.

Renewals

Subsequent renewals (months 2+ on a monthly plan, year 2+ on an annual plan) are not refundable, because you have continued using the service. To avoid a renewal you don't want, cancel before the period ends — we'll send you a renewal reminder 7 days out.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we'll email you and retry over the next 7 days. If it still fails, your subscription will downgrade to Free, but your account and all your data stay. Resubscribe anytime.

How to request a refund

Email us from the address on your Lumipath account. We process refund requests within 3 business days. The refund itself takes 5–10 business days to appear on your card or UPI/bank account, depending on your bank.
